Advisor commissions are set at a fixed 5% of the monthly premium costs.

Commissions are paid directly to appointed advisors by Align Health Partners.  Payment is made per enrolled members in the third week from the effective date.

 

An electronic payment remittance form is required for each advisor to be paid.
